Key Responsibilities
Interact with internal customers/team members to facilitate the completion of avionics products to customer specifications.
Decompose OEM requirements to System Design Requirements.
Generate/participate in Reviews.
Configure System Integration Benches and perform functional/Integration testing to verify requirements are correctly implemented.
Design ISTPs (Integrated System Test Procedure) and perform integration testing on the Systems Integration bench
Coordinate meetings with internal/external customers/team members.
Ensures tasks are completed on time and to specifications.
Anticipate problems, recognize, and eliminate barriers.
Answer technical questions from internal and external stakeholders.
Manage efforts based on priorities, availability, and commitments.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors or master’s degree in electrical, Avionics/Aerospace, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science
Minimum of 3 years of experience with avionics design, product development or system integration. This includes avionics bench, aircraft ground testing and flight testing.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Influential with peers and demonstrate critical thinking skills
Additional Qualifications
Basic understanding of Avionics systems is a plus.
Experience with ARP4754 A Systems Development life cycle and documentation is a plus.
A self-starter who can perform multiple tasks with some supervision and is interested in expanding his/her capabilities.
Good people skills and the ability to work effectively with other organizations and individuals at all levels.
Positive, can-do attitude.
Work well as a member of a team.
