Organizes, coordinates and controls all business activities for product and solutions development in relevant section with the objective of customer satisfaction, global competitiveness and innovation.

* Implements innovative Products and Solution Development processes and tools by utilizing his/her expertise in the field of responsibility.
* Leads, develops and motivates a group of dedicated qualified employees and professionals to achieve the targets set.
* Ensures adherence to defined guidelines, processes and procedures, for the team assigned.
* Coordinates activities performed by the assigned team of professionals and technicians and controls execution according to the organizational guidelines.

• You are an experienced manager with a technical background.  Knowledge of wind turbine components will be an added advantage.
• You have a Masters or PhD degree in mechanical engineering or aeronautical engineering with 10+ years of total professional experience of which minimum of 5+ years in development of products in Wind or Aerospace industry.
• You are familiar with commercial FE software and good understanding of fundamentals
• You have working experience in a technical engineering organization doing product development/product and support, preferably within wind energy
• You are familiar with working in large matrix organizations and able to handle many tasks and interfaces simultaneously
• You have a successful track record with people management and leadership
• You have proven track record of project management
• You have living and/or working experience in an intercultural environment and ready to travel
• You are structured and organized and able to handle change management
• You are outgoing, determined and persistent with strong communication and collaboration skills
• You are motivated by making things happen and at the same time shaping the strategy and direction of the future
