We are looking for Technical Writers, with expertise in Components Maintenance Manual (CMM). The author should possess hands on experience increating/revising CMM for Aeronautic Manufacturers / Aeronautic Suppliers.
Knowledge Level:
Excellent knowledge on Technical Publication standards (iSpec2200 and S1000D)
Excellent knowledge of Aircraft system and structure
Excellent understanding of mechanical parts and system
Proficiency in reading and understanding engineering drawings
Experience in creating/revising CMM manuals for Aeronautic Manufacturers / Aeronautic Suppliers.
Experience working on ARBOTEXT EPIC EDITOR for authoring CMM
Experience in FRAME MAKER/Interleaf/Quicksilver remain preferable
Experience in R4 Writer tool with knowledge of IETM/IETP.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Able to work independently on project details, supplier drawings, technical specification for the customer
Analyze the information and structure the information in efficient manner
Read and interpret engineering drawing
Creation /revision of illustrated parts list as per Ispec2200 and S1000D standards
Preparation of mock up for Illustrators
Adhere to quality procedures as defined in the quality system
Reporting to their Project Leader on regular basis in order to anticipate project deviations, project progress and internal/external problems
Pro active co-ordination with customer
Be able to work in agile teams
Development of ideas and contribution, for continues improvement of the project
Commitment to future vision and goals of the organization
