Job Description

To manage the receipt, control, distribution, publishing and update of Emirates Engineering / Flight Operations technical publications in order to support the maintenance, continued airworthiness and safe operation of Emirates and third party aircraft in compliance with the company and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
Engineering.Technical Record / Library : 5+ Years 12 Years schooling or equivalent : or equivalent in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering or other Aviation related subject. Experience in technical publications in an aviation environment (e.g. airline or aircraft maintenance and repair organisation) preferably at supervisory level Knowledge/skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Writer, Microsoft SharePoint, Document Management System, UNIX, SGML/ XML Knowledge of UAE GCAA regulations and airline policies in terms of engineering, maintenance and/ or flight operations documentation revision, distribution and control process Experience in aircraft manufacturer engineering and / or operational documentation (Airbus/Boeing) Knowledge of airline procedures and policies on technical documentation management Safety Sensitive Role: No
