Technical Records Management

• Updating the flight hours, aircraft defect, oil consumption, and component replacement into TRAX System based on daily Tech.log received from maintenance, by daily basis.
• Updating the Work Order for final closing step in TRAX system, by daily basis
• Scanning the Tech.log and saved in to Server, by monthly basis.
• Updating the service record and maintenance activities record were done into respective Aircraft/Engine/APU Log book, by monthly basis.
• Make a Log book certificates and attach them into respective Aircraft Log book, by monthly basis.
• Attach the CSR/SV report of maintenance event was performed into respective Aircraft/Engine/ APU Log book, by monthly basis
• Provide the component traceability for RO supporting document as necessary.
• Responsible for shipping & receiving of aircraft maintenance documents come in & out to & from Technical Record, and recorded in transmittal records.
• Filing the Tech.log, work orders and other aircraft related documents in the proper aircraft folders/ cabinets.
• Responsible for filing all Aircraft work packages, routine cards, non-routine card with part document (if any), tech log sheet, W/O (EO, AED, AD’s)
• Updating the Aircraft Inventory List for any changing of box-es contents of aircraft maintenance document.

Policies and Procedures

• Follow guidelines and instructions as per IPM & GMM
• Preparing Monthly Report Engine Status as per the information of the planners.

Reporting and document Control

• Prepare Aircraft/Engines/APU log book for particular purpose, such C of A Renewal audit
• Carry out other duty as per the instructions of Management.

Job Requirements

Knowledge and Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in aviation technical publication system role is essential.
• knowledge in aircraft maintenance process

Education and Certifications

• Diploma in in Library Science or Information Technology with general understanding of the work of library or record keeping is preferred.
• Job related Skills
• Computer Literacy & demonstrated interest in professional development through attending workshop & training.
• TRAX ability in operating is required
