Job Description

I. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Control maintenance documents;
• Monitor and Control aircraft technical data/information in AMOS;
• Report aircraft technical information.

II. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Control aircraft technical data/information in AMOS; Record maintenance events in Log Books (Aircraft, Engine, APU, Battery, etc.);
• Control maintenance document hard copy and Control soft copy in our company’s server; 
• Support other related teams, Aviation Authorities, and Lessors to access and collect maintenance documents.
• Support to make reports of Aircraft Technical Data/Information periodically;
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the superiors;

III. REQUIREMENT

Minimum Requirements

• Have a college degree or higher in Aeronautical, Information Management, Library Science, etc.
• Have good English (TOEIC 450 or equivalent), especially with verbal and written communication skills; 
• Proficient in MS Office tools; 
• Have basic knowledge about Aviation Airworthiness, Aeronautical or Aircraft General Family.
• Have skills in information or library management; 
• Have at least 3 years of experience in Aviation Technical Record; 
• Experience in the Aircraft Maintenance’s Technical Record is an advantage
• Have some certifications such as Aviation Security Certificate, SMS Certificate and skills in dealing with Human Factor, Maintenance Regulation and Procedure, Safety management system, AMOS system;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer services.
