Job Description

Specific Accountabilities:

  1. Receive, review and archive maintenance records.
  2. Update logbooks and maintenance data in central maintenance software.
  3. Update various binders managed by Technical Records.
  4. Issue and follow up Discrepancy Reports.
  5. Ensure availability of Form 1’s for all components installed on Fleet.
  6. Prepare and issue various reports such as Aircraft Utilization report, Engine/APU utilization report, Engine / APU LLP Status reports, etc.
  7. Update & Monitor Removal/ Installation as well as maintenance task performed on Aircraft/ Engines/ APU and components.
  8. Assist on maintenance due report/ forecast alongside with Maintenance planning Section.
  9. Liaises with colleagues within and outside Technical Records to ensure availability of up to date and correct Maintenance Records.
  10. Provide support to compile records for Aircraft & engine transfers and leasing.
  11. Audit Work Packs to ensure its completeness and correctness.
  12. Monitor, Control & Implement maintenance tasks based on AMP on central maintenance software.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and good IT skills to learn and work in a maintenance ERP system.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree in Aircraft/Aeronautical/Aerospace engineering.
  • Minimum of5 years of relevant experience.
  • CAMO Training and Experience – highly preferred.
