Lead Technical Storekeeper

The role will provide and maintain proper storage and control of aircraft spares and materials, tools equipment, supplies and other technical materials to support Line and Base Maintenance, shops, contracted operators etc. in compliance with rules and regulations of Qatar Airways and Civil Aviation authorities and other government agencies.

Qualifications

About you

To be successful, you will have the following skills and qualifications;

• Trade or Vocational Qualification.
• Preferred to have working knowledge of Dangerous goods regulations
• Experienced - minimum 3 years of job-related experience required.
• Working experience within an airline Technical or Supply Chain department with respect to Storekeeping.
• Adapt with multi-tasking and time management skills and self-supervising capabilities.
• Proficient in English reading and writing with good Communication skills.
• Knowledge of airline’s computerised inventory controlling system.
• Ability to understand parts certification and Company Publications.
• Good analytical skills on materials specifications, products and industry requirements to comply with spares acceptance requirements.
