Job Description

Job Purpose

To handle documentation and administrative formalities for CNS function in compliance with the applicable regulations and contractual terms.

Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities

• Assist CNS Engineering in completing administrative and documentation-related formalities for the CNS function whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory processes and procedures
• Support in the implementation and management of an Integrated Management System (IMS, QMS, SMS) within CNS Engineering for safe and compliant operations 
• Support CNS Engineering in the internal Compliance Assurance Audits, hazard identification and risk assessment as required 
• Assist CNS Engineer in preparing necessary requests on the prescribed format and coordinating the release of spare equipment/stationery from the store 
• Maintain the designated budget and monitor spend against actual for the CNS Engineering department 
• Maintain department / operational documentation in accordance with the procedural guidelines and standards 
• Assist in seeking approvals from the regulatory authorities to ensure operational activities are conducted in an efficient and compliant manner 
• Support the CNS Engineer in managing the procurement of CNS equipment and systems as required 
• Prepare and disseminate minutes of the meetings to relevant parties in an organized and timely manner 
• Assist with the collation and analysis of statistical data in order to prepare reports as requested by the management and/or the client"
 
Technical Competencies
Educational Qualification:
• Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent
• IMS/QMS/SMS training
 
Experience:
• Experience in safety and/or quality management and compliance preferred
• 3 years experience in a similar role
 
Special Technical Skills:
• Frequency spectrum licensing and regulations
• Knowledge of ICAO regulations, standards, recommendations, and documentation for ATC/CNS and in particular ICAO Annex 10
• SMS, QMS, and other international standards pertaining to the delivery of Air Navigation Services
• IT proficiency
