DHL Global Forwarding, Freight (DGFF) is the Group's air, ocean and road freight specialist.

We offer standardized transport as well as highly specialized end-to-end solutions to customers in a wide range of industries globally.

Currently we are looking for Tele Sales Executive who can perform below tasks.   Are you interested to provide input and lead the implementation of the functional strategy with ensuring quality of financial data and achieving compliance to accounting practices in line with accounting principles, financial policies, controlling guidelines?

Your task will be:

• Calls up the prospects / potential customers in the market to sell DGF services.
• Manages a defined portfolio of potential customers and wins them for a lasting business relationship with DGF.
• Successfully delivers on both target and high customer satisfaction measures.
• Develops and maintains strong existing customer relations and loyalty through ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provides customer information, supports identification and qualification of sales leads

Your profile should look like:

• Fully computer literate, with a solid knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Knowledge and experience in Logistic and Transportation area is a plus
• Multitasking and ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills
• Arabic language knowledge is an advantage
• Enjoys communication and interaction with people
