Key accountabilities

  • Analyse passenger feedback to find the root causes and following up to resolve issues
  • Conduct joint audits with customer airline ops teams
  • Perform AIC QC checks
  • Track and measure performance of Teams and Team Leaders
  • Coordinate closely with AIC Training on team improvement
  • Review and recommend new cleaning procedures and/or equipment for continuous improvement
  • Ensure company and customer quality standards are met
  • Report safety and quality infringements

Skills & experience

  • A Level or Diploma in any discipline
  • Preferably possess knowledge of (1) Aircraft interior cleaning requirements, procedures and equipment & (2) Airline passenger feedback, particularly on aircraft cleanliness
  • Possess good supervisory and analytical skills, with an eye for details
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint, Teams)
