What you’ll deliver

• -You’ll be responsible for driving innovative technology at Dubai Airports, collaborating with service partners for the common goal of providing great exceptional customer service to our passengers through reliable and advanced digital products and services.
• -You’ll be managing digital solutions for Dubai Airport internal business units, external stakeholders, and passengers enabling us to be the biggest and best airport in the world.
• -You’ll be responsible for defining and executing the digital enablement strategy, ensure the effective use of digital tools and platforms, delivering maximum return on technology investments.
  • In summary, you will manage the relationship between Business Technology and Dubai Airports partners, stakeholders, Government entities and external customers. Developing a long-term strategy for creating exceptional customers service in partnership with them, exploring opportunities for revenue generation through provision of services, data and infrastructure.

What you bring

• -You’ll be educated to Degree level in a relevant business discipline
• -You’ll have comprehensive experience of delivering large and complex Technology projects with a high level of integration across multiple stakeholder organizations.
• -Previous knowledge of the aviation industry and aviation solutions is required.
• -Previous experience in leading multi-functional and diverse teams is key.
