Job description
The VIE is based in Dubai at the premises of the company Flydubai. He will be in tandem with an experienced Field Support Engineer.
After a period of initial training at the Montereau site, the two main missions of VIE will be:
o Provide customer support on site.
o Communicate and report all the elements relating to the Customer Climate.
o Present, explain, comment on, accompany Safran Aircraft Engines messages
o Report operational data within the allotted time
o Ensure 24-hour communication between the Customer and the OEM or Services.
o Provide basic technical support, including assistance in solving technical problems, writing CSC cases, analyzing responses, troubleshooting, endoscopic inspection (BSI) ), and the use of the Technical Documentation, the monitoring of significant events and the
o Assist the Client in using the existing tools myCFM portal, CSC, Remote Diagnostics, etc…
o Coordinate fleet plans: retrofits, Cat 2 SB, A / D, monitoring and feedback on Critical Items, Technical Surveys.
Job requirements
Bac +5 in aeronautics or Bac + 2 / + 3 with experience of at least 2 years
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication
Knowledge of aircraft engines Fluent
English imperative
Ability to innovate
Experience in Lean 6sigma and change management appreciated
