umlaut Pvt. Ltd. part of Accenture is conducting walk-in for various job roles.

Venue: 5th Floor, Xylem Plot No. 4 & Dyavasandra Mahadevapura, ITPL Main Rd, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka. Landmark: Garudacharpalya Bus Stop

Time: 10:00 AM

Qualification: BE / M.Tech in Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical Engineering or relevant subject

Experience: Minimum 3-10 years

Note:

Job Roles:

  1. Static Structural Analyst
  • Previous Experience on A350XWB Door Surround Structures, Side shells and PAX floors.
  • Good knowledge of airframe static stress analysis techniques including analytical calculation methods, finite element techniques, derivation of material and component allowable.
  • FE Model Validation and Report Preparation
  • Optimize and evaluate strength and durability of respective components
  • Strong understanding of Engineering Drawing
  • Strong technical aptitude, including applicable engineering tools, and systems (ISAMI, Hypermesh, NASTRAN, PATRAN, MS Office)
  • Strong Technical Report (Stress Dossier) writing skills
  • Execute Analysis of the Components of A350 XWB to support the DEFM & Certification milestones.
  • Perform and properly interpret calculations, including manual calculations.
  • Compliance with customers and airworthiness authorities static requirements.
  1. F&DT Structural Analyst
  • Previous Experience on A350XWB Door Surround Structures, Side Shells and Pax Floor.
  • Good knowledge of airframe fatigue substantiation including safe life and fracture mechanics techniques.
  • Strong technical aptitude, including applicable engineering tools, and systems (ISAMI, NASTRAN, PATRAN, MS Office).
  • Optimize and evaluate strength and durability of respective components
  • Strong understanding of Engineering Drawing.
  • Strong Technical Report (F&DT Dossier) writing skills.
  • Experience in Fatigue and Damage Tolerance Analysis of aircraft structures using a broad range of standard analytical and harmonized methods.
  • viii) Understanding of the Fatigue and Damage Tolerance analysis methods and F&DT Tools including ISAMI.

III. Stress Engineer Aerostructure Floor activity

  • Experience on Pax. floor activities such as Cross beams, Z-Struts, X Paddles, Shear walls, Rails and lateral supports, etc.
  • Stress analysis of metallic and composite aircraft structures using hand calculations, ISAMI (CB, Lug & Pin, CFH, MFH, DT TI, DT EI, Unfolding).
  • Creation of FEMs using geometric data from part & assembly drawings and experience in GFEM and DFEM creation, validation, and condensation.
  • Sizing of primary and secondary parts for static and fatigue requirements
  • RF calculation for different failure modes such as strength, buckling, shear panel failure, damage tolerance etc.
  • Low RF mitigations using classical or numerical methods
  • Preparation of stress certification dossiers and Quasar files.
  • Tools knowledge: ISAMI, Nastran, Patran, Hypermesh, Hyperview and Catia.
  • Desirable skills: Python and VBA macro.
