For our TP (Turbine Performance) team within the LO&P (Loads and Performances) Unit in Service Product Integrity and Technology Engineering department we are looking for new colleagues to work with us as a wind-turbine aerodynamics engineer. Main mission of aerodynamics engineer is to improve and validates the aerodynamic and aeroacoustics design of the rotor as well as performing the aerodynamic integration of the complete wind turbine at the fleet contributing to the definition of operational and safety strategies. That means, to understand the aerodynamic design solutions in the SGRE fleet and introduce new solutions to improve the fleet performance. In addition, she/he will be responsible for supporting fleet performance cases, including the definition and evaluation of power and noise curves. Fleet performance cases covers different kind of activities like supporting performance tests for new turbine upgrades to measure the contribution for increments in the energy production, activities like forecasting market potential for new upgrade solutions, and other activities like analyse cases of energy production underperformance and work into the root cause analysis.
For that you will work into a multidisciplinary team of employees located in different countries where as WTG Aerodynamics Engineer, you will interact with the Chief Functional and the other engineers of his team working together in order to solve problems related with wind turbine aerodynamics and provide directions to come up with solutions.
