Key Performance Indicators

Operations & Maintenance of  Engineering Services

With competent technical staff and maintenance knowledge, Ensure availability of Equipment’s & systems for PTB, IIDT and IDAT is as per SLAs.

With effective preventive maintenance programs, ensure minimum breakdown and improved efficiency of the equipment. Power consumption to meet AOP as per criteria. Analyses of daily power consumption and taking corrective measures to optimumise power consumption. Initiating and handling of system upgradation projects as per AOP. Regular reviewing of SOPs/Checklist as per system upgradation and operational requirements.

SLA 99% for critical & 98 % SLA for non-critical equipment’s

Safety and statutory compliance

With competent safety norms and procedures ensure the maintenance with negligible incidents.

Ensuring statutory compliance related to Electrical System as per state and central authority and regular environmental checks and plant operation as per pollution control board.

0% accidents.

100% compliance.

Technical team development

Upgrading the skills of technical team with trainings and interactions, ensured strengthening of team s technical ability and hence improving the efficiency of equipment with reduced breakdown.

Maintenance of facility within Annual budget

With optimum utilization of resources, ensuring facility is maintained with in the annual budget.

With planned maintenance strategies, ensured the maintenance cost is minimal and hence reduced the expenses.

Contract/Contractor management

Effective coordination and win-win strategy with client and service providers ensures in easy contract management. Close monitoring of day to day activities carried out by contractors and SLA performance.

Monitoring and ensuring all contracts are active.

Correspondences with client and contractors, Monthly performance review of contractor, timely renewal of all AMC contacts.


External - Roles  you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work

Interact with client on regular basis to understand their requirements.

Interact with AMCs for their service quality and reporting mechanism

Interacting with technical staff providers for discussing the performance and improvement needs of technical team

Interact with OEM and other material suppliers for maintenance and purchase issues

Interact with CISF, Immigration, Custom’s, Retailers, Airlines staff etc. to understand their requirements and to resolve if any technical issues.



Internal - Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work.

Interact with AOCC for approvals for any activites in terminal and BCAS for AEP pass requirements

Interaction with seniors and junior managers for seeking advice in daily maintenance activities.

Interact with Procurement and contracts department for purchasing consumables, measuring equipments, PPM and other AMC contracts. Other contract negotiation issues.

Interact with HR department for labour issues at facility and other manpower issues

Interact with Accounts department for Billing, raising debit notes, providing payment certifications etc.

Interact with ARFF department on technical aspects to adhere with statutory requirements.
