Recently I had a conversation with an Aviation student and I got to know that he had been struggling to get a job as an Aircraft technician. Well, he told me that every company was asking for experience and I do not have any experience. Language Proficiency
As discussed previously Communication is one of the backbones of the aviation industry. English is one of the widely spoken languages in the world. In aviation, communication is done in English. Therefore you should have good knowledge of English so that you can excel in your field.
If you are applying for any position in a foreign country or company the knowledge of additional languages also gives you an advantage. Languages like French, Spanish, German, etc. will give you more opportunities in the aviation industry. The fluent use of language as aviation skills will give a boost to your career.
Adaptability
Much of the aviation industry operates on shift-based rotas in dynamic environments. Airport workers, such as retail, baggage or hospitality staff, need to respond to ever-changing workloads and short-lead demands.
