The maintenance of the aircraft is one of the most challenging tasks in the Aviation Industry as it ensures the safety of the Aircraft, Passengers and flight crews. 1. Leadership

2. Communication

During Shift handovers and CRS signature needs proper convey of the message and hence the Aircraft Maintenance Engineers are responsible for such things.

Every situation demands the chief AMEs response and the technicians look forward to their leader’s attitude in the current scenario. It is said that a good AME is always ready to learn about new technologies and procedures that are developed in their field. New complexities offer new learning opportunities and therefore the tendency to learn new things will make you a good AME.

While performing inspections, always follow a proper sequence and maintain proper data. During serious inspections always follow manufacturers instructions in order to work in an organised manner.
